Telephone Consultations

telephoneMany matters can be dealt with quickly and easily on the telephone with either a doctor or nurse. Results from our recent Patient Survey demonstrate that often there is no need for a face to face follow up appointment. If you feel that this may be suitable for you, please call us and ask for a telephone consultation with a doctor of your choice. Telephone consultations are generally made at the end of morning and afternoon surgery, i.e. after 12.30pm or 6.30pm.

Please note that not all staff work five days a week so please specify if it is a particular doctor that you wish to speak to.

Wherever possible please supply us with a land line telephone number to call you back on.

Please also remember to tell us if you change your address or telephone number so that we can keep our records up to date.
