With effect from Monday 3rd September 2018 our doors and telephone lines will be open from 8am Monday to Friday.
GDPR (The General Data Protection Regulation)
With effect from 25th May 2018, all new patients who register at our surgery and are aged 13 or over will need to give their consent if they are happy for us to contact them by email or text message. If you are collecting a prescription you will need to show proof of id and if you would like someone else to collect your prescription on your behalf you will need to fill out a form at reception.

Same Day Appointment for your Child
We are one of the Kingston practices providing a same day afternoon children's clinic. In this clinic we will be offering some dedicated same day appointments after school hours for children up to their 11th birthday. You can book your child into the clinic throughout the day in the normal way.
Kingston Primary Care Extended Hours
Kingston provides access to primary care services 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. You can be seen at Surbiton Health Centre, Kingston Health Centre or Merritt Health Centre. For evening appointments, please contact your own GP surgery before 5pm to make an appointment. For a weekend appointment please call 020 3841 9942. Sign up for our online services which will enable you to book an appointment, order a prescription and access some of your medical records. Just bring 1 form of photographic ID and proof of your address and we can get you set up.
