Noticeboard

Open 8am to 8pm

Kingston provides access to primary care services 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.  You can be seen at Surbiton Health Centre, Kingston Health Centre or Merritt Health Centre.  For evening appointments, please contact your own GP surgery before 5pm to make an appointment.  For a weekend appointment please call 020 3841 9942.

When We Are Closed

If you need to contact a doctor outside of our normal surgery hours ring the main surgery number and follow the voicemail instructions or call the local NHS 111 service by dialing 111 on your telephone keypad. They will direct you to the most appropriate service be it the out of hours GP Service, a Community Pharmacist, a local Walk In Centre or A&E.

The local Out of Hours Provider, NHS Kingston Urgent Care Service, provides care to all Kingston Residents between the hours of 6.30pm and 08.00am Monday to Friday and all day on weekends and bank holidays.

On a Wednesday, you can still contact one of the doctors who will be working on an on-call basis until 6.30pm on 07910 824 250.

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a trained medical triager. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
