What To Do Out Of Hours

On a Saturday you can see a local GP who has full access to your notes by calling the GP Extended Access Hub (run by Kingston Chambers) on 020 3405 8631.

When We Are Closed

If you need to contact a doctor outside of our normal surgery hours ring the main surgery number on 020 8399 2280 and follow the voicemail instructions or call the local NHS 111 service by dialling 111 on your telephone keypad. They will direct you to the most appropriate service be it the out of hours GP Service, a Community Pharmacist, a local Walk-In Centre or A&E.

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a trained medical triager. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
