Enhanced access
On weekdays between 6:30pm and 8pm you can both consult and see a local GP who has full access to your notes, these appointments are booked through your GP practice.
On Saturdays between 8am and 5pm you can book an appointment by ringing 020 3841 9942. Please note, these appointments will be at either Claremont Medical Centre or Merrit Gardens in Chessington.

When the main surgery phone number is closed between 1:30pm to 2:30pm or after 6:30pm, there is an emergency phone service through which you can access out of hours medical care. Please phone the main practice and follow the instructions given on the recorded message.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
