Change to Online appointment requests

You will now be able to request either a routine GP appointment or an urgent GP appointment. All appointment requests will be triaged by a GP and if deemed urgent, it is our policy that you will be seen as soon as possible. It is therefore important that you do not request an urgent appointment unless it is necessary.

About us

Quality primary care in Surbiton

We are a medium sized NHS training practice located in the heart of Surbiton, just behind the train station. We have a wide ranging clinical team including nine GPs, four Practice Nurses, one Healthcare Assistant, one Phlebotomist, one GPA and one Psychology Lead. We also have a Pharmacist, Social Prescriber, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Professional and Care Coordinator working for us. Together with the rest of the team we will endeavour to provide you with a patient centred, friendly approach to meeting your needs. The practice takes new patients from the Surbiton area.

We provide the full range of primary care services including GP services, Practice Nursing and District Nursing. We also have close links with the Health Visiting Service and the Midwifery Service based at Surbiton Health Centre on Ewell Road.
